Mawok’s soft hammock ensures that the baby is better secured than when it sleeps on an even surface, and this makes for an extended time of use. Because the baby lies accross, and not along the soft hammock, the curved profile of Mawok dissapears when you place a baby in it. This means that the soft hammock flattens, adjusts to, and supports the baby’s back so that it can sleep safely and snugly. - Where is Mawok produced?

Yes, the suspension is based on two metal springs. When the baby is very small, just unhook one of the springs for smoother rocking. As the baby increases in weight, use both springs. Always make sure that the springs are tightly secured and that the security cord is intact. - I have a door from the 60-ies which is not smooth on the top but has a 0,5 cm edge that sticks out. Can I suspend Mawok from it?
You can without any problems suspend Mawok from such a door. The only limitation is that you cannot close the door, but as we recommend to use Mawok on open doors only, this is no problem.
